ASC has 4 guys that HAVE and one 14.05 guy, I'm a simple d2 guy so i'm not as clever as all those amazing d1 studs. Could you clear this up for me? Is the team scoring 5 to count or 8 to count? Thank you.
Oh yeah and I forgot to mention- 2 of those adams guys that are around 14 are going to have to work their asses of to make asc's top 7 this yr as they have some amazing recruits and some very strong returners, You could even see a completely different 4,5,6,7 guy from last yr- 5k track times are pretty irrelevant in cross country.........am i right?.......... I dare you to tell me i'm wrong.

I've not looked at this thread for awhile, and wow Oregon sure is making a lot of excuses, about why they're afraid to face Adams State in cross country.
They probably see the writing on the wall, know that Adams would kick their butts, and don't want to face that humilation heading into the national meets.

ASC doesn't pose a threat no matter how important they think they are, sure.. they may be the worlds fastest DII program but to oregon they pose no more of a threat than its fastest cockroaches..
But Oregon is worried enough about ASC to not let them into the meet, that seems to be the bottom line.

i was in eugene yesterday and the oregon guys had a workout in alton baker where i was running they were doing 10 X 1000m with a minute 30 jog recovery and they were running them at 2:50 i saw them chatting while they were in the interval and talked to them on their cool down they had not even heard of adams state wanting to get in the meet and they thought they only had 2 good guys braun and medinovich. So just to inform everyone oregon has no idea about adams trying to get in their meet and secondly they were not scared and did not care if they got into the meet or not. So stop the chat and we will see what happens in the fall
