In an attempt to make all courses similar, we have lost the point. THE ORIGINAL MARATHON was run in one direction. When marathons like Boston began it was an attempt to recreate THE ORIGINAL MARATHON. Does it bother anyone else that the ORIGINAL MARATHON in Athens is not eligible for records?

The thing about hill running, particularly downhill running, is all it takes is one hill session of 'beating up' the legs (~downhill, aka eccentric loading, is more stressful) to adjust/adapt to hill running. I've seen it mentioned on here that training on a treadmill is useful if you don't have an abundance of long climbs/downhills where you live.
Any updates on when the race will be scored for those within the PA?

Perhaps a runner(s) was deleted from the results.
