LOL- funny longhornlady... mine is the same but slower- 20:01. But I swear I was injured and the course was up Everest aand I held my breath!

15:47 on the track at night. Perfect conditions. EASILY the best time that I've run at any distance. Could almost say that I ran well above myself as I ran my PB for 3,000 m (9:14) at the start of the race. My next best 3km is 9:24.
