can't fault the cop. she sat there and tried to lie and come up and with lame excuses for 4 minutes straight. never really owned to what she did. Cop would probably have appreciated honesty, humility and accountability more than anything.
i cant believe anyone is stupid enough to say; the reason i was driving at over 100mph is that my car is dangerously unsafe. Or; my phone interfered with the driving of my car, so i put my foot down and swerved through traffic.
I cant believe anyone is stupid enough to 'try to help someone' at a traffic stop by turning up with illegal drugs in the car.
No, wait.........
conversations at the US olympic team breakfast must be difficult.
Difficult? Haven't like 50% of them been arrested, caught doing drugs or caught doping? Hell probably 80%.
Having something in common makes for great conversation.

I am not sure why the police would release a video to the public or media of something like this. She is already going to jail, has a bond, will have it on her record and is clearly scared sh*tless. Do they need to embarass her too?
She made a bad choice again. She has made a lot of bad choices. She needs mentorship.
I assume the video was released to get a factual version of the traffic stop and arrest out to the public before her and her boyfriend spin a yarn about "driving while black."
I agree with you about idiotic drug laws but the law is the law. (for now)
I don't think gut wrenching means what you think it means...
When I first heard about her driving 104 and going to jail I thought "yeah that's what happens". When I watched the video and saw her pleading with the officer it was definitely gut wrenching to me. I felt a lot of sympathy for her.
She was driving recklessly, and got caught and then tried that whiny, scared bullcrap. That wasn't legit. It was a manipulative act to stay out of trouble, which the cop saw right through. Why the sympathy? She has been given more opportunities and chances than most. Seriously, why do you feel bad? It wasn't real. She was just trying to get out of trouble by sounding like a moron
Also, why the fuss? It's not going to be serious jail time if any more (only a second-degree misdemeanor), and the fine will be irrelevant for her. Not driving for half a year (or more) might be more serious (if she respects that suspension).

It was certainly a reckless thing to do but did not require jail. Classic example of over reach and not building trust and a sense of community. A hefty fine and a warning would have prevented future speeding. A real discussion about the dangers, a 500 dollar fine and at least a nod to some form of community policing and engagement. He had discretion to not take her to jail and simply chose the power trip route. This is the pattern over and over again in the U.S. And then arrest the boyfriend who shows up? Just to show that you can? It has always been an incarceration rather than a truth finding or justice system. I am sure this will get down voted by all the law and order folks but an arrest, a $550 dollar bond and a court day does nothing but waste resources, fill the dockets and feed the egos of the guys in the Dodge Chargers.
The law is jail time. The law was passed in July 2025, and it states jail time for those going 100 mph or faster and those going 50 mph over any posted limit. Look up the “Super Speeder Law” in Fla. It’s great that this dangerous little ego-maniac didn’t get away with it as she usually does.

What Actually Counts as a “Super Speeder” in Florida? The law does not use the term “Super Speeder.” Instead, Florida law now refers to this conduct as “Dangerous Excessive Speeding.” The media and public have adopted the nickname because it mirrors Georgia’s long-standing “Super Speeder” law. Under Florida Statute §316.1922, dangerous excessive speeding can be charged in two situations. First, when a driver is going 50 miles per hour or more above the posted limit. If the limit is 45 and you’re clocked at 95 or higher, the charge applies. It doesn’t matter whether you’re on a local road, a rural stretch, or the interstate. Second, when a driver is traveling at 100 miles per hour or more in a way that puts others in danger or disrupts traffic, hitting 100 alone is not always enough. The manner of driving has to create risk. Weaving between cars or tailgating at that speed are examples that will bring the law into play.
This distinction is very important. Not every instance of traveling above 100 mph is automatically a criminal offense, but combining that speed with unsafe driving behaviors will trigger the statute.
Penalties, Court, and License Consequences Florida’s Super Speeder law carries real criminal penalties, not just higher fines. The consequences depend on whether it is a first conviction or a repeat offense.
First conviction Classified as a second-degree misdemeanor Up to 30 days in jail Up to a $500 fine Court costs and fees in addition to the fine Second or subsequent conviction Up to 90 days in jail Up to a $1,000 fine
A conviction within five years of a prior offense requires the court to revoke the driver’s license for at least 180 days and up to one year. Mandatory court appearances Drivers cited for speeding more than 50 mph over the limit must appear at a court hearing. This is not optional. Unlike a regular speeding ticket that can often be resolved by paying online or by mail, these cases go directly through the criminal court system.
Officer discretion on citations
The statute also allows, though does not require, officers to indicate certain high-speed thresholds on the ticket. This is important because it shows the driver and the court that the case is being treated under the new law. All this makes it clear: repeat offenders face harsher consequences, and no one cited under this law can avoid the courtroom.

In the middle of your post you refer to “Fla’s Super Speeder Law”. Lol. Read your full post again. Thank god you’re not my lawyer. The spoiled little harlot finally had to take a little bit of responsibility and it bothers you. She was caught on video triggering the law. She is reckless, arrogant, wholly self-centered, and her history proves her to be a compulsive liar. 😛
Yeah, that was a cheesy way to try and promote a law firm. SCR behind the wheel is literally a menace to all. She and Coleman seemed destined for The Big House at some point in the next few years. Imagine the pity-party docs they’ll run on NBC on wherever.

Gov Walz was going about the same speed (104) but was totally drunk. Did you feel sympathy for him since he probably drove drunk 200 times?

Can someone here explain to me what's "gut-wrenching" about this video? When I think "gut wrenching" I think of a child when his parents are taken away. Is it meant to mean "cringe-inducing"?
