I'll be anxious to see how Blair Bartlett does against the world in the upcoming U20 race. She did not run the USATF Trials and was added as the NXN highest US finisher. I bet she beats all of the other US runners.
I don’t see her on the line, maybe I missed her but looks like a scratch
Never mind she ran on the line late, glad she’s still in!
I think this whole thing looks great. Yes, the overhead drone needs some work and hopefully they fix that going forward. But some of you complaining are such a pain. This is awesome. I wish I could have gone.

It’s almost like GB deciding not to take a team that just medalled at Europeans and take instead two people who haven’t raced cross for a year and one woman who finished behind the others at the trial to save money because they’re all US based at that time isn’t a good recipe for success.
Serious question: Did SHK fall or anything like that? Feel like the gap opened up really quickly to 5+ seconds up/down the hill. Seems a bit bizarre for someone with her speed to fall off early versus later in a 2k run. Would've been nice to see how it unfolded.
And according to the splits she ran a full 20 seconds slower than Hull for her lap. That's...not competitive.

Agreed - too much whining about coverage. It's cross country through mud, trees, obstacles. Much harder to film than running in a circle. How many camera guys do you think there are in the world who have filmed one of these? Not many.

Did you see the NXN coverage? If a high school race can do it you would think a World Athletics event could. This is pathetic.
