Why are y'all so worried about a kid y'all will never meet? People who have absolutely no stake in the outcome of this case are busy running their mouths.
If you don't have plans for bullying some black kid just minding their own business then I don't understand why any of you are so obsessed with this case. At the end of the day, it don't effect your life unless you are also a bully.
Biggest danger to black males is other black males...no secret...
And the biggest danger to white males is other white males.
I got a good laugh out of this one. It is not wise to generalize. But white supremacy is certainly a fact. Overt and Covert racism runs rampant. It is possible that many or even most white people have bias against blacks. I am white and will be bringing a black African woman and her child to America. What kind of country will they see? Even the distance runners I love are not always smart when it comes down to racism.

Black Supremacy is a fact, we live in racist society where non-blacks are discriminated against in education, employment, funding, courts, media, etc. What type of country will your African imports see? A country where blacks can get with murder, even against other blacks, because black on black violence makes sure 95% of blacks keep voting the right way and shows other everyone else that nothing, even other blacks, to be afraid.
can threads like these be deleted or moved to elsewhere?
thanks
Agreed. This thread has some of the most racist posts I’ve seen in a while. The mods have rightfully deleted some but are not keeping up with others. What’s alarming and eye opening is the amount of likes these racist posts are receiving.

An unsubstantiated claim with no supporting evidence. You wear your racism with a badge of honor.

They aren't racist posts, they are reality. You do know that a black president was elected twice, don't you?

There's people on this thread posting crime data to make it seem like Anthony is someone he isn't. People posting the pic of him not even at the track meet like that has anything to do with this. There's racist posters trying to create a narrative by diluting real facts with their insecurities.

Texas Laws on Self Defense Texas Penal Code § 9.31 According to this statute, a person is justified in using force against another individual when they reasonably believe that it is necessary to protect themselves or others from imminent harm or danger. Force should match the threat, and there’s no need to leave if you’re in a place where you’re allowed to be. However, the situation should be assessed carefully, and the use of force should be in good faith without any malicious intent. Texas Penal Code § 9.32 According to this statute, a person is justified in using deadly force to protect themselves or others from imminent danger of serious bodily harm or death. The use of lethal weapons is considered justified if the person reasonably believes it is necessary to prevent harm, or if they have no other means to escape the threat. Additionally, there is no legal requirement to retreat before using deadly force, even if it is possible to do so safely. However, like with other self-defense laws, the situation should be evaluated carefully, and the use of deadly force should be in good faith without any malicious intent. Texas Penal Code § 9.33 According to this statute, a person is justified in using force to protect their own or someone else’s property if they reasonably believe it is immediately necessary to prevent: theft, criminal activities, trespassing, or interference with the property. However, the use of force is limited to what the person reasonably believes is necessary to protect the property. You can’t use deadly force just to protect property, unless you think it’s necessary to stop a specific violent crime. As with other self-defense laws, the situation should be assessed carefully, and the use of force should be in good faith without any malicious intent. When is the Use of Force Unjustified? Texas laws outlines several scenarios where the use of force may be considered unjustified. If someone verbally provokes you, you may not be justified in using force as a response. Resisting an illegal search or arrest by a cop is generally not acceptable. However, there may be exceptions when the cop is using excessive force or unlawful force and the person feels the need to protect themselves. Penalties for Unjust Use of Force The penalty for unjust use of force can vary depending on the specific circumstances and the severity of the offense. Using force without justification can lead to criminal charges. These charges may include assault, aggravated assault, manslaughter, or even murder if the force causes someone’s death. The specific penalties for these offenses can range from fines and probation to significant prison sentences. It also depends on the seriousness of the offense and whether it is charged as a misdemeanor or a felony.
