Glad everyone skipped the championship meets to run a 10k and be off pace within 10 minutes. The incentives of this sport are so messed up. Kelati, who is running world xc, is the only one running what she set out to.
This is just a glorified time trial meet
loving the chaos of the women's 10k. also hiltz is an american hero for pacing post-silver medal, dropping off, then jumping back in to help the chase pack get moving to (hopefully) catch the lights

I don't get why they don't just let men pace women and let a car pace men.
I mean this is kind of SHOCKING to be honest. I figured there must have been some sort of agreement for the two On athletes to run together but that's not happening but maybe that's cause Monson isn't running well.
