If Wilks was some genius or beloved by his star players, he'd never be fired. Clearly he's no D. Ryan.

The most racist people in America (white slave owners) owned blacks and raped blacks and had blacks in their homes cooking, cleaning and doing everything for them. Hiring a black person doesn't exonerate you from thinking that you are superior based on race. Not saying that Kyle Shanahan is racist, I don't have a clue at all, so I won't even speculate.

What is true is that he should have never been an OC at 28 and HC at 31. He was privileged and isn't a great coach.
