Coach Brandon Masters ,the head coach at Northwest Mo. State in Maryville,Mo. Look of what he has done with his specialty the 400m group that he has had over the past couple years. He had the Mens indoor 400m champion as well as the Womens Indoor and Outdoor 4 x 400m Relay National Champions in 2023. He had done this on about 40 to 50 % percent less scholarship money that the NCAA allows( 12.6 M, 18 W). Took a High Schooler that never broke 50 seconds in High school and in 3 years had him running 46.75...He has other examples but I will let you all do the research.
