This sound about right, she is about 20 years old, Girls 16-19 are now running 3:54 for 1500 and 14:16 for 5000, And Girls 1 year out of High School are running 1:55.04 for the 800, 3:53 is still exceptional though, and she seems to have excellent potential.

Now this is good news. I always thought that Sinclaire J was as a real talent, with potential world-beating gears.. but I wonder if she’s doing the right training for the 1500m. It’s mainly an aerobic event, but she’s openly admitted to not really liking aerobic work so much and considers herself more of a speedster. I don’t know her obviously, but I hope she doesn’t shy away from the hard aerobic work she needs as a grounding. I do hope she reaches her potential.

Crazy in today’s social media age, a 19 year old american with amazing PRs having a breakthrough season has……wait for it…….. 5,000 instagram followers. That’s wild. Not even high school fanboy/girls are eating up her performances.

There a ton mid-level d1 girls on sec and Acc teams with 4-6k followers who are getting paid $200-$600 per post and shes can’t even getting NIL? Can she accept prize money in NAIA??

I know multiple sub 4:18 / sub 1:55 1600/800 runners. I have no reason to suspect they'd be doping.

Key segment is the third lap once the pacers depart. If Wiley can remain with that lead pack breakaway throughout the entire third lap she should be able to dip under 4 minutes. I think it will be Chepchirchir and a couple of the Ethiopians plus Muir and a few others.

If it remains bunched after the second lap then sub 4 opportunity diminishes. But I don't think Chepchirchir will allow the pace to dawdle. She would have won Zurich if not for making her final push a bit too far from the wire.

Maybe that wasn't Zurich. Could have been the Xiamen meet.

I think the three q’s were your funniest drug testing story, pick a place/ person to run with, and something like attempting 20 half court shots if you make one you win 20 million but if you miss all 20 years in jail.

So what? Most of us know multiple sub 4:18/sub 1:55 runners. Do you know what all of those runners have in common? Not one of them is a woman.
