Athlete surveys showed it. The congenital idiot called liar soorer is back.
So what evidence that 40% doped at the WC?
The athletes themselves admitting to doping in confidential surveys, that analysis suggests could be higher than 1 in 2 athletes but will at least be 1 in 3. But you insist on debating topics in which you have no background knowledge, as this point shows. You are quite the most moronic poster on these boards.
Yes. David Howman says so. Also, only 1% of tests are positive but estimates from confidential athlete surveys indicate doping could be at around 50% or more at championship level. Masking has been the norm for doping since the Marion Jones era. It isn't a science that stands still. Doping has been estimated by experts to be a billion dollar black market. There is of course more - much more - but there's a start.
Quote Howman source please.
Name one masking agent other than diuretics?
Diuretics are easily testable.
Who says doping is a billion dollar black market and did that relate to sports use?
You know you lie on each of the above but you just can’t stop yourself.

So still no evidence that 40 % of athletes doped at the WC.
God you are such a troll. Yes, I know what rhetorical means. But OK. It appears you personally want to know how to evade testing procedures.
OK, You want me to tell you about my Whizzinator? You want to know how not to trigger the ABP? You want to know some good excuses for whereabouts? You want to buy some piss capsules? You need a new chemist? A new lawyer? A new agent? You have a new training trip planned for Vanuatu? You want some payola or 'tea' for the officials? You want me to start CRISPring you? You want to know about the new sauce? You are having a laugh if you think that 'undetectable steroids' are not the absolutely biggest thing that could ever give you an advantage (referring to in general, not specifically one distance).
Article in the Times in England this week about super spikes. The first major study into impacts on performance, there have been lots on the road shoes. Research seems to suggest as much as a 3-4 second improvement over 1500m even at elite level. This is shown in the numbers now running milestone times nationally and internationally such as sub 4 mile, sub 3.35 1500, sub 3.30 etc... On Thursday Neil Gourley ran 3.30.8, almost as fast as Ovett ran when he broke the WR, Gourley was 10th... In one race.

Ok then; only vacuous nonsense.
You clearly no nothing about fully viewed urination.
So what undetectable steroids are out there ; tell me one? Even Conte does not refer to them.
In general we are talking now not a decade ago.Hence the Kenyan clamp down with AIU testers
Check out those with 4 yr bans for coming up with dodgy whereabouts excuses.
Fully viewed urination, you're having a laugh if you think a woman cannot use a capsule and go unseen. I'm not saying this would help (for various reasons) I'm saying it is possible IF it would be of any use. Obviously there are issues with using someone else's urine, you would most likely have to do it across a long time period aside from anything else.
I am not giving you the precise names of PEDs, current or otherwise. Look it up for yourself.
Maybe we want the same thing. A clean sport. But realistically that is never going to happen.
I have been in fully viewed urination and at various points I was left in a room on my own, not really looked at to give me 'privacy' and so on. I have never taken an illegal PED for a track race in my life but I suppose what I was saying is that if someone wanted to try to evade, via that route, it should be more stringent. People are highly unlikely to ever go that route now, it's all biology or whereabouts, but when you start extolling the virtues of fully viewed urination - it's hard not to respond.

Not extolling the virtues etc.
With AIU testing I would think they have clamped down on any avoiding of the rules.
I can quite see how when USADA gave notice of tests women could insert something.
But my point is that the application of the rules has really improved over the last few years.

With full application of the rules inc not allowing USADA to give notice I think trying to risk getting urine inserted is a very very big risk. Things have changed.
There is no list to look up for undetectable steroids ; however you seem to know what they are. Please tell.
But my point is that the application of the rules has really improved over the last few years.
Yes - where and when the AIU takes over national testing. For example we don't know whether USADA testers still give advance notice or not.
Or look at Kenya: all the really big fish there have been caught by the AIU, ADAK itself only goes for small fry for whatever reason.
Regarding doping: what you can currently safely use, despite AIU and ABP and whatnot: 10 IU/kg EPO after 11 pm because of the short glowing time and the no-test-period over night, 10 mg nandro pills after 11 pm because you'll be below 2 ng/ml in the morning, 200 mL blood transfusion at any time because of the forgiving ABP, and literally unlimited testo (viewed from a distance runner's perspective) from the right source with the correct carbon isotope ratio (have you followed the Shelburrito case?).
Now that's when your NADO is tough and you are playing it safe. Otherwise higher dosages will work too, especially if you don't have any missed tests lately.
Regarding missed tests: install a google nest, and don't open the door to unknown people or known testers when you might be glowing (unless you have already done that twice in the last 12 months - then stick to the numbers above).
Regarding designer roids: they are by definition unknown to the laymen for a while. Hope this helps.

My point is that AIU now is doing so and supplementing NADOs …..
Correct CIR could work but extra sophisticated CIR are likely to get round the simple ratios; who would risk it esp when bought from the underground.
Missed tests ; if you’re not in when you say then not answering the door will start giving you a profile for several times a day testing. And they take evidence from neighbours and if you tell lies you have an immediate 4 yr ban.
So yes; you could dodge like mad but the testers smell this and you would see it as a big risk.Things have changed.
Designer drugs are not by definition unknown to the layman. The web is full of them; but who can risk they are undetectable esp if bought of the underground.
And why are there not sites advertising undetectable Wada banned drugs; they would make a fortune.
Let’s not forget that we’re now seeing these 17, 18 and 19 year olds emerge onto the world scene who have not been in the testing pool for very long. It’s very possible that someone gets heavy doses of HGH, testosterone, and even anabolic steroids as they’re developing through puberty from age 13 to age 17 (when they’re not in the testing pools) and then they emerge as a super-human Frankenstein but come off of that stuff once they enter the testing pool. There’s a lifetime benefit from HGH, testosterone and steroids long after you’ve stopped taking. Probably not the case for all of these athletes, but someone like Jakob would be a prime suspect… you could see how at 10 or 12 years old, there might have been a ‘plan’ for him.
