I can't get over the training and strength (to do either really) but 400/400h/4x400 if it happens in 3hr doesn't make sense in my brain. I can't imagine asking an athlete to do Britton Wilson's 3hr triple
When she won this triple last year at SECs (slower individual times obviously) she split 48.6, so I'd predict anything between 48.0 and 49.0 unless she's spent
She moved up to 4th / 8th / 17th on the U.S. / NACAC area / world all-time lists respectively.
