How has this blatantly false thread title not been edited?
Also - what’s jail time supposed to do? He gets locked away for a few months, probably gets beaten up and raped, and then he gets out and has been cured of whatever mental health issue is causing this?
It’s a really hard problem and I don’t claim to have a solution, but I’m pretty confident that locking people up for a few months or years where taxpayers pay more to take care of them than it would cost to give them a free apartment and food, then tossing them back out on the streets, isn’t fixing anything.
