Again, one side supports gun-ownership, individual liberties, and traditional family values - any realistic definition of "fascism" could not include these traits and still be the fascism that any reading of history would consider.
Nobody is above the law but, in the same sense, there is no way a driver is getting pulled over on the highway for going +1 mph over the speed limit. It's called prosecutorial discretion and when you're going after the leader of the party that you've publicly campaigned against, you had better have a rock-solid case for a substantial crime. Any credible voice on the subject knows this case has neither.
The Democrats have a habit of doing this - breaking long-standing legal/political precedence for short-term gain without realizing that this will come slamming back on them in a few years when they are not in power. Every Red state AG now have the precedence to go after basically anyone they want on the Left.
You guys really messed this one up - Democrats, remember how you're feeling right now in ~2-3 years when we round up a bunch of your guys.
