Ryan Duffy from NJ just set the all time freshman 5k xc record (according to Milesplit atleast) in NJ with a 15:46 at their regional championships. Relatively, flat, fast course but distance accurate.

He's definitely the #1 freshman in tx for XC and one of the top in the country

He ran 15:17 at FEAST and recieved a 170 speed rating which is pretty insane
