It's the weirdos in the woods who voted for Trump.

What else correlates with income, wannabe political analyst? AGE. Older people, who are more likely to be Republicans, are also more likely to have higher incomes. As old wealthy Republicans die, Democrats gain more power. Libs for the win!

Minorities tend to vote more democrat than republican. GW Bush made huge leaps with the Hispanic population that other GOP candidates have basically set on fire.

How can many in the GOP have a hard line immigration policy and expect to keep on being re-elected?

By 2050 non-Hispanic White will be less than 50% of the population.

Rural counties swing much more Republican.

Urban areas swing much more Democrat.

Suburban tends to be right down the middle and can swing either way. Suburbia keeps spreading, gobbling up Rural areas.

The country is becoming morally more liberal or moderate with positive views on gay marriage, inter racial marriage, abortion, etc.

All this to say the GOP needs to become the center again if it wants to succeed. It needs to be about small government again.

Who gave us Biden?

Low producing voters with household incomes of less than $50,000 in 2019 broke for Biden by 55 to 43 percent — a 12 point margin, compared to 8 four years ago. This helped overcome Trump’s gains among households with incomes above $100,000.

"We have sooooo many degrees". "we are sooooo smart". "Do you want a refill on your soda".

Hillary Clinton won by 12 points among voters making less than $30,000 a year—53% to Trump’s 41% —and by 9 points among people making between $30,000 and $49,999.

Trump’s support was the inverse. He won every group making $50,000 or more.

Abbott must beat the crap out of Beto. 2020 was a mirage. These are red voters moving to Texas. Dallas is where the growth is. We're not turning blue anytime soon thank you very much.

Actually, Trump gave us Biden by being such an awful president. In terms of voting patterns, Biden enjoyed huge advantages among younger voters, urban and suburban residents, women, racial and ethnic minorities, and college graduates. Trump’s biggest advantage was with uneducated white men living in rural areas. Good luck with that base moving forward!

So what's your point? In this country a poor person's vote counts the same and there are a lot more poor people than rich people.

If you want your candidates to win national elections they need to figure out how to appeal to more than just people in rural areas and white men with no college.

There are more people just in LA County than in Idaho, Montana, Wyo, and the Dakotas combined.
