Did any of those free video hosting links from google that i posted help? I don't really have a video to test them.

That first link only allows videos up to 25mb, and the other one only allows files to be sent to an email adress. I'm pretty sure most sites don't allow really big files to be hosted for free, so I'm talking with the guy that runs the cal running club and see what we can do. Sorry for the wait.

Well done, sounds like heaps of fun. Are you still planning on running the flat mile on the track to see if you can do it legitimately? You must be some sort of a chance if you ran that quick, although I haven't seen the hill.

This is one of the few things on Letsrun that have actually interested me and has also been positive (no bashing of elites or talking about some racist xc runner). Good clean fun. Good luck for the future.

Actually, if you don't ride a straight line, then your run would be short, not long.

Take your time. If you have finals they should be #1.

Sorry I may have missed this important piece of information, but bigwave who are you and where do you run for? This down hill mile is great but who is to say it is legit. I havent seen any video or know anything about you. Any clown can post an elborate story on how he ran fast but where is your verification?

This is the 1600m Time Trial that I ran with two of my roommates pacing me.

On the third lap I am out of the frame because my other roommate who was filming couldn't see us running due to the glare on the camera screen (he was using a digital camera not a video camera).

Also, the finish is RIGHT where the camera is.

I should have the downhill mile video up later tonight.

I'm sorry but there is no way that 4:04 mile on the track counts. The guy pacing you for the 1st, 2nd, and 4th laps is one of the fattest f***ers I have ever seen run...you must have had no wind whatsoever.When you have a video of a legit run, let us know.
