NDA stands for “Non-Disclosure Agreement.” The existence of the agreement itself is not to be disclosed. If you disclose a Non-Disclosure Agreement, it’s a disclosure and a breach of the agreement. They are ironclad. People use NDAs when they are hustling and horsing around. That said, I’ve never known an Aspbergers to use one. Mush’s lawyers probably made him sign one for his own protection, because he wouldn’t understand the social concepts involved in a NDA due to the Aspbergers.

The California NDA law is not retroactive. Mush should sue for breach of the NDA. The victim is in material breach for disclosing the horse. The horse was confidential.

He knew at least six hours before he made his post. The journalist who broke the story has said he contacted Musk for comment the day before it was made public. Musk has not said if he was contacted because he knows confirming it destroys his argument about it being a political attack, and denying it opens him up to a legal challenge by the journalist.

Not a CA lawyer but in general NDAs don't protect you from illegal actions. Her saying Musk has a small dick might violate the NDA. Him propositioning her and offering material goods for sex isn't going to be covered.

His only aspiration is he just wants more freedom, more moderation and more rationality. If you hear his reason for building his factory in Texas, it's because all the byzantine regulations in California made it impossible, plus some lawmakers told him to go f___ himself. California politicians have no incentive to fix their screwed up system because it's a one-party state. He probably sees the same thing happening in the country and just wants a Republican check on Joe Biden's power to keep it from getting too radical.
