What if Mrs. Flagpole meets someone who sweeps her off her feet and ends up dumping you no matter how well you treated her. She divorces you. You find someone you think is Mrs. Right but she is instead a whore (a gold digger your words) and ends up running off with a really rich guy. She divorces you but no fault of your own. You are getting close to 60 and don't want to live your waning years alone. So you meet a wonderful lady and you decide that this is the lady you want to spend the rest of your years. You have a fabulous courtship and then get married. Are you gross for getting married a third time?
The Lovely Mrs. Flagpole won't leave me because I am AWESOME. 32+ years and going strong, so no reason to believe she would do so. Also, I AM a really rich guy, and she married me when I wasn't one and we built that wealth together.
If she were to die young, I do not believe I would ever re-marry.
Even in your impossible scenario, I did not get married and divorced three times before I was 50 like you know who did. She has no exceptional circumstances there. She just isn't equipped for marriage and so should not do it. I'm not equipped to play in the NBA, so I did not do it.
