I'm here in Berlin and if it's 90% humidity, I can't tell. I'm from Florida and I know what high humidity feels like. Weather is outstanding. It's an odd kind of cool/mild condition.. perfect for running.

Intelligence matters. A lot. Neither of you are exactly drowning in it. To go from age 37 to 39 is probably a bit like 10 years for some runners, as some would decline a fair amount from 24 to 34, for example, and Kenenisa has clearly been in decline. I am not implying that 37 to 39 is like 10 years decline but the poster was wondering why some are acting as if it is 10 years. It is obviously only 2 years but those 2 years are a big deal at his age. One rarely sees no decline there.

Yes. That was worth getting up to, with the star getting dropped and then some lead changes during the last miles.
Happy for bekele to be honest. He ran a solid race. Perfect conditions maybe 205 flat and that's nothing to be ashamed of, even for someone of his calibur.
