Completely. I jumped the gun on this. Looks like a lab screw-up. It looks like the lab investigated their own procedures and found out themselves. It's actually a sign of a system working well when it corrects its own mistakes. The problem here was that a journalist got a scoop and ran to press before all the facts were out, and me (and other posters) jumped on that. Anyway, I hope the kid does well in Tokyo, at the very least this experience has lost him opportunities to run fast times in Monaco and maybe earn some prize money, which is a shame for him
