3 false starts in the W 400H.... just another reason on top of the high pile of others why the sport is dead. Embarrassing.
They weren't even false starts. If they were, someone would have been DQed

Old geezers with absolutely awful feel for the start pattern

Can they DQ the start crew and block tuners?
What was it then? Flinching?
Sydney is hot!!!
Green was in front of Sage for some time before the fall. She was on the right side of the first track and started fading, Sage stayed on the left side of the first track, accelerated, got too close to Green and ran into her.
Own fault on both sides.
Yeah, a real shxt-show..
Just watched the 200 replays. Lol Kerley; Lyles looks ok; Knighton has to be careful; Boling only struggled to qualify; Bednarek and Laird running smart; Young a wildcard.
Like I said Kerley needs to figure out how to run this, because the semi’s will be a different deal.

Could have been, they kept talking to Meisberger. But not likely considering the 110H fiasco.
Need to call in IT and get the sensitivity turned down on the pressure pads.
New Sham? Shamier Little = Sham 69?

Yeah it looked like bad luck and fatigue for both.
Lol.
Keep in mind many of these starters and officials are volunteers. They’re trying to do a job. Give them a break.

NO. If you SUCK, don’t volunteer because it makes you feel good or gives you a sense of purpose. And the starters are different, they are expected to be highly competent.
The other guy had it right, “start pattern”. There is supposed to be a rhythm

Maybe the heat is getting to the officials including the starter. They need to make sure the officials are not too old or too out of shape or lost too much mental capacity to do their job correctly. They need to be able to do their job in hot weather and need to be able to stand. There was an official who looked like he weighed 400 to 500 lbs sitting in a chair officiating at the long jump last night. I know how it was for me to move around at 230 lbs years before I go my weight back to 170. I can't imagine how hard it would be to officiate at 400 to 500 lbs.
