Well, when you are inside in a public place (store) you need to wear a mask all the time because social distancing does not work without everyone wearing a mask. The ventilation systems will suck the COVID up and recirculate it back into the public place. 80+% of heated/cooled air in a building gets recycled back into the building.

Yikes, bad metric to call out. Ernest Hemingway wrote on average at a 5th grade level and won a Nobel Prize in Literature. In fact, you'll find quite a few famous authors in the 5th-7th grade range (Thomas Pynchon apparently is right at a 7th grade level which surprised me).
A higher score would only only indicate someone mostly talks in highly technical jargon that requires specialized education to comprehend and that would be almost as useless as the usual stuff Trump says. I'd rather not have a president that just recites the Affordable Care Act (which I believe scored a notorious 15th grade level or something like that).

The U.S. announces a nearly $2 billion contract for 600 million doses of a coronavirus vaccine.
The Trump administration on Wednesday announced a nearly $2 billion contract with the pharmaceutical giant Pfizer and a smaller German biotechnology company for up to 600 million doses of a Covid-19 vaccine, with the companies on track to manufacture the first 100 million doses by December.
Under the arrangement, the federal government would obtain the first 100 million doses for $1.95 billion, with the rights to acquire up to 500 million more. Americans would receive the vaccine for free. Before it could be distributed, it would first need at least emergency approval by the Food and Drug Administration.
Large-scale safety trials are to begin this month, with regulatory review set for as early as October.
“Depending on success in clinical trials, today’s agreement will enable the delivery of approximately 100 million doses of vaccine being developed by Pfizer and BioNTech,” Alex M. Azar II, the health secretary, said in a statement announcing the deal.
