Trump is making noise about sending federal officers into cities. They're already in Portland, and apparently it's only re-energized the protests. Plus, the feds beat up a Navy veteran who wanted to talk to them. This has all the makings of another Trump clusterf*ck.

Instead of getting an answer, Mr. David was beaten with a baton by one federal officer as another doused him with pepper spray, according to video footage of the encounter. After he walked away from the confrontation, Mr. David was taken to a nearby hospital, where a specialist said his right hand was broken and would require surgery to install pins, screws and plates. He declined pain medication.

The officers are fake. They are boogaloo boys working for free ... well, actually they are paid by secret donors and therefore off the government books. These are the "boys" Trump is planning to send out to the polling place on November 23rd. Their purpose is to intimate voters, and discourage voting. You will only see them showing up in democratic cities where Trump wants to flex his tiny muscle.

I doubt there will be a celebration on November 3rd because I don’t think enough of the votes will be in to call the race by the end of the day.

Maybe a week later we will have a result after large amounts of mail in votes are counted.

He certainly will try to rig the election in his favor. I doubt there is much he would not do to make the "results" show himself as the winner.

On the other hand, if he cannot successfully rig the election and he loses the electoral vote then I cannot imagine that he will attempt to stay in office. That would be a very foolish and dangerous thing to do. And unlike many other foolish things that Trump has done, the danger in this case would be to himself - not one of his lackeys. Trump is too much of a coward to risk it.
