I wouldn't. Show me a highly-rated pollster who used an R+10 sample and I would have no problem trusting the results.

I understand polling well enough that I agreed with 538. They said Tiny had about a 1 in 3 chance of winning. I had no issue with that and was pretty worried on election night.

So, I looked it up and the last Quinnipiac poll before the 2016 election had Clinton beating Trump by 7 points with the third party candidates, and by 6 points head to head. She ended up getting 2% more votes than Trump, so they were off but not by much.
That poll was released on 10/19/16, after the Access Hollywood tape came out but before Comey announced that he was reopening the investigation into Hillary's emails.
