What she did is clearly illegal. I wonder who might have standing to pursue prosecution. Anything that goes through the federal judiciary wouldn't get very far.

I guess the best bet would be civil charges brought by a rival bean company.

N.Y. and Cuomo learned Trump and the Republicans did not. The states that followed Trump suggestions are in huge trouble.

This is all on Trump. I think if you are honest with yourself, you know how trump and his lies and his encouragement not to take safety precautions screwed this country.

To understand why Cuomo's popularity soared throughout this pandemic, all you needed to do was watch a few of his daily briefings. Trump could have enjoyed the same bounce in popularity, except he is a buffoon with an inflated ego and is a poor leader.
