There are two open seats in Florida and one will open in NY if Stefanik is confirmed for the UN. The Florida seats will be a special election in early April.
All of them are reliable red districts, so I wouldn't expect Dems to capture any. But it they outperform the results from just a few months ago, that would be a warning that Trump is overreaching.
I continue to be correct in my assessment that the more educated, higher intelligence libs have left this thread after they saw how well Trump was governing. What we are left with now are the uneducated, low intelligence libs who are unable to formulate cogent arguments. They can only hurl insults, name call and post the wildest conspiracy theories. It’s fun to ridicule them, but quite boring without the other side able to articulate valid arguments.

Funny story, I noticed most of Colorado is actually conservative. But in town, minding my own business, with my MEXICAN wife, I was drinking a Mexican martini and this 50s/ 60 year old WHITE lady starts blabbering liberal propaganda out loud in the place. She seemed to have had too much to drink. Well, a couple people moved away and asked her to please stop talking politics at the bar. An older gentleman moved next to me and she yells in the place "go sit next to your white supremacist! You Trump Fascists!" I asked her to please stop talking, and that I did not appreciate the disrespect. She continued to call me a white supremacist as I remained confused because she appeared whiter than myself. I explained my wife, who was very upset at this point, was Mexican and it would be impossible, etc. The cops were called on her as she continued to yell about how ICE was rounding up all these people and having them deported. I asked her where did she see that happening. Her response: I heard about it from a friend. LMFAO. Anyway, come to find out she starts trouble all around town and the police officer told me her husband was a conservative gov. official. And he was staying in the next town over. He explained to me how he gets called a white supremacist all the time simply for being a police officer. Can you believe that? He puts himself in danger daily for the people who mislabel and disrespect him.
After the officer left, she continued to call me a fascist and uneducated. Well, I looked her up as she was saying this based on the information I received by the locals, and she had never gone to college. I have a few degrees including a professional degree from an Ivy League school. I asked her where she went to school and showed her my credentials. She proceeded to yell like a child about how our information is being used because Elon Musk is scamming her. She continued to berate my Mexican wife and mention something about her family picking fruit for little money, deportation, etc., making a very big fool out of herself and in fact displaying traits of bigotry herself.
It was a really embarrassing moment for the liberals. The stuff she was saying was straight out of MSNBC meant to fool 20 year old females. Really sad stuff. The strange thing was she stopped talking and left once I asked her who was paying her to say this stuff no one believes. I asked if she was a paid asset. I do wonder if most of this lefty extremism is completely staged.

The United States voted today with Russia, North Korea, Belarus and 14 other Moscow-friendly countries, against a resolution condemning Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and calling for its occupied territories to be returned, which passed overwhelmingly in the U.N. General Assembly.

That may be true to some extent, but the rather lengthy list of undesirable traits that he has displayed over the past eight years (and especially since the inauguration) are more than enough to raise eyebrows.

It was amusing back in 2016 when Flagpole would get world-endingly triggered by the slightest thing Trump said or did, or watching DiscoGary slip rapidly into madness to the point where you couldn't tell if he was actually going to shoot up a mall or not. I essentially agree with you on all counts.
He does seem to have good intentions, and I don't think that he is inherently evil or anything like that. But his tact and decorum leave a lot to be desired. He has significantly lowered the standard for what is or isn't acceptable behavior from our government leaders.
Remember the GOP congressman who shouted "liar!" at Obama during one of his State of the Union speeches? He was heavily criticized by both parties and called the White House to apologize. Fast-forward to the environment following four years of Trump's petulant behavior, and at every Biden speech you saw Bobert and Taylor-Greene heckling him childishly! That is above-and-beyond inappropriate.
Has he done some good things? Yes, absolutely! But from my corner of the world, firing C.Q. Brown from the CJCS job and replacing him with someone of insufficient rank and vastly inferior experience who actually retired in December was a very bad decision.
Beyond that, why did he also fire every senior JAG from each service branch?! The optics on that move are absolutely horrendous, and it lets the mind wander into rationale that make it seem to be at least borderline corruption.

Correct, especially if Dems turn Florida seats. Everyone needs to relax and allow the checks and balances that our Founding Fathers created work. Trump is doing what this country has long needed.
