We have a new 2024 vaccine thread here. New people don't need to try to wade through 20,000 posts to figure out what is going on.
Covid-19 and the "vaccines" did not exist for most of the period examined in the study. Including anything before December 2020 is useless garbage.
You (and they) need to try again. The study was from the BMJ. Old English rules apply. One more error and the schoolmaster will grab you by the neck and slap your face.
"Setting: Nationwide register data from four Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden), from 1 January 2018 to the latest date of follow-up in 2022."

Are you that mindlessly stupid that missed the entire point of the paper?
“One of the leading theories, however, is that highly educated U.S. residents tend to be more willing to be vaccinated than those with less education. But since education doesn’t always translate into intelligence — and vice versa as college is more easily accessible to richer people — it might be worth considering a person’s intellectual abilities instead. A Daily News analysis of vaccination data and IQ averages in each state reveals that five of the 10 states with the lowest IQs are also among the 10 states with the lowest rates of fully vaccinated adults. And half of the 10 smartest states rank among the 10 most vaccinated ones.”

”Married adults are more likely to be vaccinated against COVID-19 than their unmarried peers, but more married (33%) than unmarried (23%) Americans think someone they know personally might have died from vaccine side effects. Voters with annual incomes below $30,000 are most likely to think there are legitimate reasons to be concerned about the safety of COVID-19 vaccines, while those with incomes above $200,000 are most likely to believe people who worry about vaccine safety are spreading conspiracy theories. A majority of Americans think COVID-19 vaccines are effective, but have concerns about side effects.”
Nearly half of Americans think COVID-19 vaccines may be to blame for many unexplained deaths, and more than a quarter say someone they know could be among the victims.

The point is to compare traditional myocarditis, vaccine induced myocarditis and COVID induced myocarditis. You can see the results here:
In 2018-22, 7292 patients were admitted to hospital with new onset myocarditis, with 530 (7.3%) categorised as having myocarditis associated with SARS-CoV-2 mRNA vaccination, 109 (1.5%) with myocarditis associated with covid-19 disease, and 6653 (91.2%) with conventional myocarditis. At the 90 day follow-up, 62, nine, and 988 patients had been readmitted to hospital in each group (vaccination, covid-19, and conventional myocarditis groups, respectively), corresponding to a relative risk of readmission of 0.79 (95% confidence interval 0.62 to 1.00) and 0.55 (0.30 to 1.04) for the vaccination type and covid-19 type myocarditis groups, respectively, compared with the conventional myocarditis group. At the 90 day follow-up, 27, 18, and 616 patients had a diagnosis of heart failure or died in the vaccination type, covid-19 type, and conventional myocarditis groups, respectively. The relative risk of heart failure within 90 days was 0.56 (95% confidence interval 0.37 to 0.85) and 1.48 (0.86 to 2.54) for myocarditis associated with vaccination and covid-19 disease, respectively, compared with conventional myocarditis; the relative risk of death was 0.48 (0.21 to 1.09) and 2.35 (1.06 to 5.19), respectively. Among patients aged 12-39 years with no predisposing comorbidities, the relative risk of heart failure or death was markedly higher for myocarditis associated with covid-19 disease than for myocarditis associated with vaccination (relative risk 5.78, 1.84 to 18.20).
Remember, no one study is going to PROVE anything, it's about a consensus that is built from many independent data points, and there are many, independent data points that dispel all of your conspiracy BS.
Results. We matched 267 847 pairs of individuals. Six months after the index date, the incidence of SARS-CoV-2 infection was significantly higher in vaccine recipients (6.7%) than the previously infected (2.9%). All-cause mortality in the vaccinated, however, was 37% lower than that of the previously infected. The rates of all-cause ED visits and hospitalizations were 24% and 37% lower in the vaccinated than in the previously infected.
The data are clear. The only people who believe in 'massive vaccine deaths' are those who can't do math.

Another data point
A comparison of all-cause outcomes vs. Covid vaccine uptake cannot be taken seriously.
I'm good bro...very healthy and pure-blooded. Thanks though!
You have no interest in learning how your immune system works? It would help you make your “natural immunity” arguments much stronger - I promise 🤗
Dr Julian Tang, a clinical virologist at the University of Leicester, said: 'Generally, natural infection generates a broader and longer-lasting set of immune responses to all the viral antigens'.
'After all, our immune systems have evolved over several million years to deal with all types of pathogens — so I would expect natural immunity to outperform any vaccine-induced immunity over the longer term.'
A comparison of all-cause outcomes vs. Covid vaccine uptake cannot be taken seriously.
Why not? Not arguing here, just curious.
I don't think it's suggesting that the vaccine was (any or all of) the reason for the lower mortality; it's very possible that a suite of behaviors that tend to occur in those who get vaccinated was what did it.

But I could be wrong. What am I missing here?
Importantly, antivaxxers are claiming the opposite (all cause mortality is going up in the vaccination pop.) without any data. Regardless of the quality of the hypothesis tested and supporting data, I have at least brought something to the table.
I don’t understand how certain antivaxxers think that suddenly boatloads of others are coming on board to with them unless they frequent whack job websites on the regular. There’s basically some 17k crazies, couple bloggers and influencers on social media, and that’s it. There’s good reason “mainstream media” (and even not so “mainstream” media) doesn’t support their BS.
White House COVID-19 response coordinator Dr. Ashish Jha and Dr. Anthony Fauci joined White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre at Tuesday's briefing. I...
Natural immunity beats artificial immunity - we know this, they call us crazy
The virus came from the Wuhan lab - we know this, they call us crazy
the 'vaccine' is unsafe and ineffective - we know this, they call us crazy
as for the myocarditis, I'm not going to argue the studies posted or present plenty of others (aside from the landmark Israeli study) showing just how high the rates are now among the 'fully vaccinated.'
the usual suspects will just deny them or name-call as they always do.
the people on this board will never change their attitudes, they're in complete denial. even if something happened to them, they'd still thank the vaccine and blame "long covid."
I'll just wait for the general public to come around to the truth, it will take some time, but we can see the tides turning quite quickly, and when the vast majority of people painfully admit the truth, the same names on this board will stand steadfast by the exposed lies, considering themselves contrarian geniuses

something did happen to me. I got vaxxed, boosted and ran a marathon PR. (this is the same logic anti-vaxxers use) Something, according to you should not happen. If fact, anti-vaxxers IN THIS THREAD have been joyfully awaiting the day they think all vaccinated people will suddenly drop dead so they have can be proven right.
I didn't call you a single name. Instead, I attacked your arguments. Is that not allowed anymore?
which arguments?
the MSM now all but admits that the virus came from the Wuhan lab and that natural immunity is superior. We were called conspiracy theorists for this, and people like you sneered and derided us
we were right, and your ilk were wrong
So that leaves my assertion that the jabs are unsafe and ineffective, which you'll never admit to, but like I said, the rest of the world will eventually come to realize

3 years have passed since the Covid madness started. The debate, while still active, has moved into the background. People are tired of talking about Covid. People are tired of thinking about Covid. As you said, it will take time, but the debate will reemerge among the general public and many people will come to the conclusion that their decision to take the experimental injections was a poor choice. How and when the most alarming information is released to the public remains to be seen. Recall that in February 2022, the New York Times, in one of their rare instances of serious reporting, revealed that the CDC was withholding most of the data related to Covid and the vaccines. More than one year later, that data continues to be locked up and hidden.
Here are 2 questions:
What percentage of the vaxxed believe their choice was the correct choice ?
What percentage of the unvaxxed believe their choice was the correct choice ?
I think we know which group has greater confidence.
