On what basis is a 3:07 marathon runner / 1:31 half marathon runner an outstanding athlete? Surely not on the basis of self made unsubstantiated claims.

Adam Holland is almost backward. Met him twice nice guy but no brains....works minimum wage jobs not very bright....but a decent runner. I think he is just hoodwinked by Rob and will believe anyone for a free gel/race entry bit like a loyal dog.

No, they are both smart enough to follow the money.

Adam never has a proper job and is always skint and relies on free race entries, so no way is he giving up hanging onto RY and his freebies, he wants in on the action.

Its obvious lying and cheating doesnt stop the flow of freebies so both are smart enough and thick skinned enough and BRAZEN enough to keep putting themselves forward for more funding. Not that stupid are they?

My post lasted for 24hrs or so....it was a polite post asking for views regarding having someone who may have cheated, running at the event. A few liked it, most where a little angry and completely in denial of information out there. I don't agree with the post being deleted, but I respect there decision. What's ironic is that he has very few followers in reality. 75% of his likes are fake paid for Turkish ones. I now find myself more bothered by how the UK 'runners' still want to run a bit with him, despite all the signs he is not completely honest! I personally hope he doesn't run at Equinox.

It seems that the two experts than Skins hired to investigate Rob sure seem to spend a ton of time on Twitter talking about other stuff. Are they even doing any investigating ???

An update on their Investigation would be appropriate instead of pimping a book or talking about Caster all the time.

They are not going to tweet about something they are investigating. If they had not been hired to investigate it, they might wade into it with some tweets, but anything they tweeted now would ruin all appearances of impartiality.
