It also looks like the matter of whether trump has the authority to replace Berman since we was appointed by a court. This matter will have to be decided in court and it could be weeks or months until that happens. That buys Berman and Ds enough time to cripple trump.

Of course, I knew Rigged was being disingenuous as always. But the statue interested me so I read its wiki page.
It sits on private property and is not intended to honor socialism. So it's not at all comparable to confederate monuments that sit on public land and were erected to celebrate white supremacy.
The Lenin statue was taken from a scrap yard in the Czech Republic. The owner wanted to preserve its history as a Soviet relic and intended to install it in front of a Slovak restaurant. But the owner died before that could happen. The statue is now held in trust on private property and the trust is looking for a buyer.
But Rigged, I'd still like a direct answer to my question.
