That's totally consistent with my experience with my own pathological liar brother. It gets to the point where telling a lie is so automatic that he does it even when there is nothing to be gained by the lie.

For most people lying takes effort and telling the truth is much easier and more natural (not that anyone never lies). But for folks like Trump, my own brother, and it sounds like your brother, it is the other way around - telling the truth takes real effort; does not come naturally at all.

I'm curious how trump's business will be affected after he's done with politics. Now that everyone knows he is a liar and cheats everyone he can...will people stop 'doing deals' with him? I think you'd have to be nuts to expect him to uphold his side of a business contract...and I'd expect him to sue me for something if it was to his advantage. I'm not sure who WOULDN'T think that.

But maybe people in corrupt countries expect that and dial it into their financial models...

But unless these quotes are made up, he did say he would pivot away from trump. Sounds like he doesn't want to go down with a sinking ship - that he realizes that Trump has lost momentum and Cerno doesn't want to be too closely identified with drumpf.

I've come to the conclusion that the Trump Cult is either mildly retarded or they have accepted the fact that he is a pathological liar and already baked that into the equation. Yes he is a liar but his policies reflect my views. Minorities have all the rights and they are taking our jobs. We must make America White Again and who cares if Trump stretches the truth a time or three.

People voted for Trump because he was fighting back against the PC culture and defending people who have been demonized for decades, and no one else was doing that. The Democrats are so corrupt that anyone would be preferable to Hillary and the crap she would have done to us with a fully weaponized Federal government. If you look at his twitter, he claims that HR McMaster is spying on him. I suppose that could mean he is still pro-Trump, but it's debatable.
