All I have said is that with moratoriums expiring we are likely to see millions more evictions if congress doesn't act. And I believe that the rise in evictions will throw more gas on the fire of civil discontent.

Because I'm feeling generous, perhaps you should look at eviction rates between 2000 and 2018. You know what happens when economies are red hot? Evictions go up. Yeah that's right, they go up when the economy is doing well.
