Stacking the indictments is common practice in New York. And the second crime that lifts this to a felony -- during Bragg's press conference (in response to first question after his statement) he says that New York State law does not require him to state the second crime, but then he mentioned a couple of laws including conspiring to promote a candidacy by unlawful means. Nothing unusual. Cohen went to prison for his part in this same incident.

Once once again, how does the misdemeanor act during 2017 get upgraded to a felony due to it's purpose being influence an election during 2016? The dates for the violations are very specific and most if not all are in 2017.
Your routine is beyond tiresome. But just so we are clear on your official position, you had two choices in 2020 and you chose Trump over Biden because Trump and family are less corrupt?
Sorry bud but if that is your belief any discussion with you needs to end.
No I chose Trump because his policies are better for America than Biden's policies.
Trump doesn't have any policies. He only has Trump. That is his "policy". But that's fine with the cult - of which you have shown once again that you are another of his lemmings. Enjoy the cliff. It's coming.
Imagine celebrating a politician that allowed himself to be in the situation the OrangeTurd is currently in? Yea! he legally out maneuvered a washed up porn star. He truly is the ruler of the free world.

Clearly they hatched their conspiracy scheme BEFORE the election, and trump purposely paid Cohen back after the election as part of the attempt to hide it.

maybe. but he has not been charged with a conspiracy
To repeat: During Bragg's press conference (in response to first question after his statement) he says that New York State law does not require him to state the second crime, but then he mentioned a couple of laws including conspiring to promote a candidacy by unlawful means. Nothing unusual. Cohen went to prison for his part in this same incident.

so you theory is there is some other criminal act not associated with the 2016 election that was the purpose of the alleged criminal acts committed in 2017 with which he has been charged? You keep bringing up Cohen but the portion of the myriad of violations that Cohen pled to guilty to that are associated with this hush money is small. to the extent that the alleged felony is a 2016 Federal election violation Hilary just paid a fine for her claiming the $5M she paid for the dossier was a "legal expense". Sound familar? Everyone legal anaysis of this reveals it is shaky at best. I believe "underwhelming" was the term used often.

and you quickly drop your hail mary of "conspiracy" I see
It's a nice and understandable hope for yours, but don't forget the LR libidiots are watching you cry in despair right now. So your hopes for the future are tempered by the current reality on the ground.
Bragg has a very, very weak case. No despair from me at all.
I sense despair coming from you. You haven't read any of the court documents, yet are in here on a message board posting Twitter comments from people who claim to have read the court documents, yet can't recite a single thing that's in them. That's despair.

Not sure wth you are talking about, but sure whatever. Some guy gets indicted for crimes just like any other criminal-on-the-street, and you think that is somehow unfair? Or you think that he should have been charged with more and bigger crimes? Well that is likely coming soon, so hold on tight.
by most fair accounts the one case with some merit is the Jan 6 case. the GA case is another joke. You seem of Bragg's ilk. Trump is guilty. Now let's find something he did that we can charge him with. I am sure he, like most all businessmen and politicans, did some things that are at best barely legal. He is missing the friends the Clintons and Bidens have who protect them.

And you wonder why no one takes you seriously.
No, I don't wonder that. So - remind me - who takes you seriously outside the cult?
