the point isn't even if trump had the right or not...the point is that the IC and WH knew someone was subverting US policy by direct, secret talks with Russia. Such secret talks are not supposed happen. Secret calls from mystery people are not supposed to set US policy. Obama and the IC were 100% right to find out what was happening and why. That's their MFing job.

You said Flynn's conversation was legal, I showed you where Flynn himself said under oath, in open court, that he was guilty of lying to the FBI. That's pretty much the end of it for me.

Mystery people? Flynn was appointed National Security Advisor to the White House....It wasn't a "secret call"....He was doing his job. And he wasn't setting any policy...The transcripts show he made no specific promises......Do some research on Google....

it was a secret call that the WH would not have known about...except moron Flynn forgot that Kislyak's phone is tapped. So the WH had a call between Kislyak and a secret american acting against US policy. And this is in the context of the IC knowing russia helped trump get elected.

With that background, the WH and IC would have been negligent to unmask the secret american.

And then when unmasked, flynn lied to pence and the FBI about it.

The Mueller report says that Russia did work to get Trump elected. Among other things, it says that Russia conducted "a social media campaign that favored presidential candidate Donald J. Trump and disparaged presidential candidate Hillary Clinton".
