Flynn was absolutely undermining US policy toward Russia.
Obama set sanctions against Russia for messing with our elections.
Flynn then told the Russian ambassador, secretly, that don't worry, don't escalate - Trump would reverse the sanctions and go easy on Russia.
The implication was that Trump would welcome Russian meddling in the future.
Obama wanted to know who was doing this undermining of official US policy against foreign meddling in elections.. As any responsible leader would. So he ordered the unmasking.
If there was no undermining...why did Flynn lie to the FBI and Pence about that conversation with the Russian ambassador?

the core of what he is trying to say is correct...looking at cases can be severely misleading. Depends on how many tests are given, which test is used, and how the tests are reported. It's a data minefield, as Trump is correct to point out.
No, he's twisting an utter failure to pretend it's good. He's essentially blaming the testing for the cases, when it's the spread of the virus that causes cases. Think for a moment about how many cases came about only because those people checked into the hospital... we are still broadly in a reactive state, finding out about cases as people get sick and are finally able to get a test. How does trump's logic work out for Germany? Should they have reported more cases then since they test so much? It's an absolutely absurd thing to say.

Globally now the lowest since April 4 and down four days in a row
US now the lowest since April 8 and down eight days in a row.
USA is still around 32% of world daily deaths. That has been consistent. Strange how regions have moved together in this.
Sweden continues its failure. Its rankings moved in the wrong direction yesterday, Now it is the 8th worst nation, after being 9th, 10th, 11th. Not going in the right direction. Not looking like being more permissive is going to help that nation but it's not over.
The US continues as 13th worst, but catching Isle of Man and will likely pass it soon.
