Maybe, but In reality it's probably not that deep, dude aimed for his torso and missed and got lucky most likely.
I will say the speed at which the shooter began running away is what caught my interest. One shot and immediate change of location, there is a video of the shooter running on the roof as people are still reacting to the shot. I would think an inexperienced shooter would stay looking down the scope for longer, like the trump shooter.
