You can upvote it more times by using a different device such as a phone if using a computer most of the time to access the site. Still, most people do not have dozens of different devices.
I went down an internet rabbit hole on the Roches (in response to this thread) a week or two ago and didn't find much on Reddit that struck me as terrible. All I remember are complaints about the lack-of-attention on the coaching front and losing the training data, the latter of which, if there isn't a decent reason, would be super irritating to me too.
Believe it or not, I'm not trying to hold up the Roches as all that is good and pure in the world, just haven't seen anything imo that justifies the vitriol. Page after page after page of it. But, like I said, I'd be interested if there really were bad practices. Not because I have any stake in it, but I'm curious like a lot of people (hence the 44-page thread).
I appreciate that you don't want to dox yourself, but you should also appreciate that people going nuts (not you) on minor celebrities in the dark corners of the internet like the LRC forum can and should be met with skepticism absent compelling evidence.
I've read several Reddit posts - and maybe a couple within this thread (I honestly can't keep track anymore) - where the Roche's have dismissed injuries and disordered eating concerns of lower level athletes (and maybe higher level?) on their roster. They've also encouraged aggressive return to running/mileage timelines after injury. This isn't good coaching. These are bad practices that shouldn't occur.
Checking in as another person this happened to. I had a reasonably severe injury that, per anything you can read on pubmed, generally has a recovery period of 6-8 weeks and then continued rehab. I got pressured to get back to running in 2 weeks or even a little less. Also got dismissive/negative comments for focusing on rehab and cross training.
Not long after I got back to running, I noticed that something seemed really off with my fitness, like more off than you would expect even with time off for injury. I was saying all the time that my pace for any given heart rate was WAY slow and that something was wrong, but that was always met with comments about how we can't possibly know enough about what's impacting heart rate to interpret that as something being wrong, etc. I quit SWAP in this period. The issue eventually turned out to be a severe B12 deficiency. Seriously glad I didn't put any stock in the advice to disregard the obvious.

Based on this thread, the questions to ask would be ones like what is your approach to injury management, how do you adapt a person's training to fit their injury history or current injury status, how do you adjust a training plan based on an athlete's strengths and weaknesses, how do you use objective metrics in evaluating current fitness and planning future training, and does the athlete or the coach own the training data.
Also, to be fair, I just re-read the exchanges from the period of injury I was talking about, and in addition to the exchanges I was complaining about above, there were also a handful of instances where the coach was in agreement with me that some level of caution was warranted, basically once the injury had failed to improve over the first few weeks. So overall it was not a sound approach to managing an injury, but it was also not 100% inappropriate.

I’m sorry this happened to you. It seems like you got things back on track—hopefully you have.
My suspicion is that they would say whatever they think sounds good to get the client. They may even say the right thing but eventually do the wrong thing. A lot of coaches understand a hypothetical but severely miss it in practice. Their pattern of behavior is also not super honest or transparent, so I just don’t believe their actions and words would consistently align. Just a thought.
Coaching relationships really hinge on communication. It takes time and patience to understand how an athlete is responding to training and also how they feel about their training. I don’t think the Roches have that kind of time. They just don’t, unless they only coach 10 people each.
