I recently had been battling pain related to my lower left back, upper gluts area. I would feel the pain, especially after my runs. I went to see my Wellness Practitioner (i.e. Chiropractor) on Friday, July 8th, and told him about the pain. He had me lay down on the Chiropractor table, face down, and checked the alignment of my hips. Upon checking, he noticed my left leg was shorter than the right leg, which is caused by misalignment of the hips. My Chiropractor is a Christian and believes that God heals; therefore, instead of performing any kind of structural manipulation or muscle work, he prayed and asked Jesus to grow out my left leg. As he was praying, I felt this interesting sensation in my left hip area. It kind of felt like an electrical current flowing through my left hip. After a minute or so of him praying, my left leg became the same length as my right leg. My hips were now in alignment. It’s been a week since he prayed for me, and I have no more left lower back, upper gluts pain since he prayed for me. I believe Jesus healed me. Most Physical Therapists (i.e. Chiropractors) don’t pray for their patients; however, nonetheless, maybe have your Physical Therapist check hip alignment. Also; on another note, the Sartorius muscle, which connects from the inner knee and loops upward (around the outside of the hip) to attach to the Anterior Superior Iliac Spine, can get really tight when running a lot. This can result in lower back pain, as well. Praying for you, Seth, on a speedy and full recovery.
