Why do the 7 states with the most Coronavirus cases all have Democrat governors?
Are Democratic governors incapable of running their states?

2. New Jersey 54,588 615 1,932 22
3. Michigan 21,504 215 1,076 11
4. California 20,296 51 550 1
5. Pennsylvania 20,051 157 418 3
6. Massachusetts 18,941 275 503 7
7. Louisiana
Would the US be better of if all the governors were Republican?
Well, the real answer to your question is that states with large, highly populated cities tend to be Democratic, and the virus hits large, highly populated areas the worst.
3 of those 7 voted for Trump, by the way.
I'm pretty sure that Massachusetts has Republican governor, and Louisiana is a pretty red state even if the current governor is Democratic.
So ... the virus hits the largest and most populated cities the worst? Are you sure about that? I picked one state - Texas. Its rankings are near the bottom. But if you look at its most populous cities - it shoots your theory to smithereens.
Lets look At the most populous cities in Texas:
Houston is 4th largest
San Antonio is 7th
Dallas is 9th
Austin is 11th
And Fort Worth is 13th!
So Texas has 5 of the top 13 most populous cities in the country. 5 fo the top 13th! Almost half. But Texas is waaaay down in number of Coronavirus cases.
Oh, and Texas has a Republican governor!
