Fox News contributor Marc Thiessen says RFK Jr dropping out hurts Trump: “The threat that he posed to the Democrats was that Democrats and independents who were unhappy with Harris and Biden had a place to go that was not Trump, right?… So I think in a way, him getting out of the race hurts Trump rather than helps.”
Trump on migrants: "They're taking Black peoples' jobs ... a lot of those jobs are Hispanic jobs too."
Only about 28% of black adults and only about 21% of Hispanic adults have a college degree (compared with about 41% of whites and 59% of Asians). Even though a number of the illegal immigrants have college degrees (from non-accredited programs in south and Central America), many are not proficient in English and start off in working class jobs typically taken by non-college educated Americans. He should really just call them working class jobs and not mention race, but he is not incorrect, as most blacks and Hispanics are employed in working class jobs.
The honeymoon is over. Only the moderators can save her from getting embarrassed in the debate. Her record is her record. She better use her best Obama impersonation at every speech, add in a cackle for good measure.
But the Biden/Harris "past differences experiment" was in 2020, and they won. Experiment over.
The Trump/Vance experiment is in progress......and doesn't look like it's going REALLY well.
I'm not ready to spike the football just yet, but I'd say things are trending well for them. Trump is coming back in the polls, Harris's lead is underperforming at this time compared to Clinton and Biden (6% and 9.2% vs 3.6%, respectively) , the RFK endorsement should help them out. Harris looks like she's going to double down on her radical ideas, which is not going to bode well with independent voters, many of whom already don't favor her. I would feel pretty good if I were Trump/Vance.

Meanwhile, polling is a thing and the data proves Thiessen's feelings wrong.

Polls show that a Kennedy withdrawal would probably help Trump more than it hurts him. But if it does, it’s at the margins — though small margins have ended up deciding recent presidential elections.
Here’s what the polling tells us:
epublicans like Kennedy more than Democrats do That’s clear from the national NBC News poll. In January, Kennedy held net-positive ratings from Republicans (+18) and independents (+4), while Democrats viewed him mostly negatively (-25).
The spread has only gotten starker since then. Fast forward to July’s NBC News poll — conducted before Biden’s exit — when Kennedy was in positive territory with only Republican voters (+11), while he was negative among independents (-18) and Democrats (-38).
In the debate, Trump should only address Harris as "Border Czar Harris" and ask her her specific duties regarding the border ("stemming the influx of illegal migrants"). Then ask her point blank if she was successful in that endeavor.
Trump on RFK in April: "Totally Anti-Gun, an Extreme Environmentalist who makes the Green New Scammers look Conservative, a Big Time Taxer and Open Border Advocate, and Anti-Military/Vet…I'd even take Biden over Junior."
Trump today: "He’s a great guy, respected by everybody."

Respect doesn't require agreement outside of your cult.

Kamala's reply will be: "the border has a river which separates a small country Mexico and real big country called the USA. This river has a wall which is burdened with what has been. Cackle, cackle" As the Border Czar, I wanted to sure that every immigrant doesn't fall out of a coconut tree."

and kamala should only address DJT as 'Don Epstein' and ask why he is in Epstein's little black book.

Well Pee,
while you guys are spreading your hate and looking for someone who actually endorses your bimbo that’s not in a fake poll, the Big Dog has another sold out arena several hours before he speaks, with a line of people outside praying to get in.

Would that be before or after he talks about sharks and hannibal?
