certainly you are joking about chris bell in the top 15? what has he done ever to make him an all regional runner?

I def see the top 15 filled with rock and boro guys but not that many haven guys unless they are going to come into crazy shape before then.

i also see Cummings going after a top 5 spot for nationals and I see him finishing in the top 8.

bluman is that good to be in the top 5 and moore has not been running that well...also cummings will be in the top 5 for sure

There is no way that MY predictions are way off! the real racing has not started yet and my predictions we show it!

I think what he was saying is that only 5 count towards you're score, but seven count towards other people's score. So one could argue that ESU's score would be higher since Mansfeeled and possibly other teams would have more placers in before ESU's 5th guy. If thats not what he was saying, then yeah he's and idiot, but McCabe is not. I don't know him real well, but his posts about the snow didn't sound like whining to me. Oh and it does matter what Boro ran on some flat pancake course, Regionals are at Haven this year.

It snows in Syracuse. and Wisconsin. Both of those schools are much further north. Both are in Lake Effect snow zones like Edinboro. Those are just two examples. There are plenty of other quality track schools that have the same things going for them in terms of snow.

Sorry to inform you Neyhart, but Wisconsin, or at least Madison (which I am assuming you are referring too) is not in the same snow belt as Edinboro. The University of Wisconsin is inland and West of Lake Michigan.

How about carney at the usa 10 mile championships finishing third. He is really been representing himself and the PSAC with big performances. Does anyone know if he will running the trials marathon?

Ship won the team race at the Dickinson Long and Short invite, Pomerantz lead the entire race untill getting kicked down the last 5 strides of the race. Frosh Beegle placed third behind him. Lock Haven split up their team so that helped Ship out for the team win. Cal was there and had I beleive one guy in the top 15. Ship had 4 in the top 15. And Lock haven had 1 as well.

In the 8k race haven had 1 guy in the top 15

From what was said at the race Spidell and Moore are out for the season. Not sure why but that is what was said by the lock haven team. This is a shame because both guys are great runners.

On the Ship side it was said that Neyhart is out with a stress fracture and Gracey is out with illness so that also hurts their team alot as well.

Gracey and Neyhart being hurt, hurts Ship, but it obviously didn't hurt them that much considering they still won. Beegle is running GREAT right now, and Stevie Thompson always comes on strong at the end of the year, like his performance at regionals last year, and there #3 Jeremy Brady is right there also. When Ship's 4-7 learn to pack it in a little tighter they are going to be good.

Did the Rock or Boro run any where this past weekend? or any other teams not at dickinson?

rock ran at home ... reagan went 25:30s pretty fast for that course ... weiss went 25:50's the other guys ran 27s but they still won the race

for that course yea, that is pretty solid.

it was a typo, regan and weiss crossed the line together.

Reagan and Weiss did indeed cross together in 25:29. 3 thru 5 for the Rock just chilled essentially the whole race. Penn State this friday should be a better indicator of the team's strength.

i don't really care how much anyone chilled, their 3-5 runners were WAY behind their 1 and 2, so i don't care how you add it up, the BORO is FAR superior to sru. mark my words, the boro will dismantle everyone at PSAC's and Regionals
