Gary, there are not even 70M people getting checks,(there are about 67M) I explained this earlier. There are 394M SS numbers maybe? .. the overage of 64M (than citizens)are "other" some immigrants who have to have them to work and pay in but never collect etc. There clearly are some that get checks that probably should not, but it is not in even the tens of millions.
