I guess that means we refused Jack Ma's donation of masks and other vital supplies... great

So your considered, thought out approach is that no expert in any stats lab anywhere thinks that there are early signs of slowing in italy, iran, spain. Really. That seems to be your argument. It's totally bizarre. Why in the world would you think that?
I think the argument is that if you have a link to an expert in a stats lab that thinks that, then you should link to that expert instead of posing at that expert yourself...
But that would have to be a less egotistical person to see that.

The U.S. Labor Department reported that 281,000 Americans applied for unemployment for the week ending March 14th.
This is what the markets are paying attention to besides GDP plummeting. There is going to be a huge structural meltdown if this keeps going... mass unemployment, small businesses getting obliterated with little assistance.. there are going to be issues that are will take months if not years to reverse.
Agip’s such a math whiz, he can create numbers by magic! I’m sorry you weren’t breast-fed, agip. You were never able to trust anyone ever again. Except trump, obviously.
If you guys want to tell me what numbers WOULD help you think that the epidemic growth curve is slowing in Italy, Spain, Iran then I'll see if I can get them for you. Maybe you just aren't aware that new case counts in Iran have gone nowhere for 7 days now.
If you have no idea what numbers would make you think that there are some good numbers coming out of those three countries...then this is more about you than it is about me.
Another lie. Forbes has same Spain totals as the Guardian for Spain: cases rise 25% in ONE day; deaths rise 28% in ONE day. That’s compared to all the cases over WEEKS.

Nobody here WANTS you GETTING numbers from anywhere. Please just go back to bloviating about how Hillary was going to win.
Agip is a trumpanzee, or he’s unable to extricate himself from a bullish position in stocks, or both.
Dow back above 20,000, baby!

Eat those words, agip. You pulled those numbers for Spain out of your lyin’ ass.
again, I won't talk to you unless you are polite.
Ummm...ever heard of politeness?
It’s going to be difficult for America to overcome this level of ignorance and stupidity.

France bans cycling, suggests limiting walks to 2 kms. Threatens to ban all visitors from UK if they don’t adopt more stringent measures. UK total deaths grow 32% in one day.

He has brought himself way too much scrutiny claiming he has had the magic touch with the markets. Fail

A number hat would really help but isn’t being tracked is the % of smokers and obese people who are comprising these critical cases. Maybe this is just wishful thinking but the aftermath of this pandemic will be people taking their personal health more seriously?
Trump has just said this is "an incredibly exciting time for medicine" in America today. He is f*cking unbelievable.

This is coming to the US soon, wonder how our citizens will handle this.

Eventually, runners who decided lockdown does not apply to them will be facing 2nd amendment types telling to leave or be shot.
Germany has only 12 total deaths, but they can’t stop the spread. They are tightening the restrictions & calling up the reserves. They’ve already committed to spend “any amount necessary” to support people & businesses; this is in the most financially disciplined country in the world.
