Were the nations asked if they support the annexation?
Nope.
They were asked if they condemned it.
And reps for the majority of the people on the planets refused to do so.
Details matter.
Not so hard to follow as it seems to be for you
Yes. And the result of the vote was 143 countries representing almost 4 billion people condemned Russia's annexation and 5 countries representing around 200 million people voted against condemning Russia's annexation.
Over 4 billion people either don't care or support Russia.
Raising the US electoral college by a poster who never mentioned it in a thread about Russia's invasion of Ukraine would be the definition of a strawman.

You would have to be one manipulated person to believe that. US interests in the Russian invasion of Ukraine have been explained to you many times.

We have literally nothing to gain and nothing to lose whether or not Russia eats Ukraine.
The costs of appeasement were explained to you before. Very recently. You had no response. You still have no response. Strawman is not a response. Deflections are not a response.

If you're this worried about go volunteer and pick up a rifle. Otherwise stfu. I along with over at least 4 BILLION other people do not give a flying F what happens to Kherson.
Perhaps the dumbest argument of appeasers is that you have to show up with a rifle, otherwise you opinion is void. ( I showed up with a rifle when my country asked, btw).
But you are now on record as being manipulated and swayed by 4 billion other people in dozens of countries you couldn't find on a map into believing Russian propaganda. WTF is wrong with you? Kherson. Focus on Kherson.
Your persistent claim that anyone who doesn't agree with you is "pro-Russia" is a strawman.
The US has no interests in Ukraine. Ukraine does not provide anything to or for the USA. If Ukraine ceased to exist or even never existed the USA would not be impacted even a little bit.
The idea that not paying for someone else's problems is "appeasement" is idiotic. We can condemn Russia's actions without funding Ukraine's defense. The US is $31 TRILLION in debt. The EU's economy is almost as large as ours. The EU is directly impacted by what's happening in Ukraine. The EU should be paying for it not the US. You don't have to agree with this position but it's not unreasonable and it certainly isn't "pro-Russia".

Why is this so confusing for you?
North Korea, Syria, Belarus and Nicaragua. All dictatorships in charge of failed countries. Those are your people.
Do you think Russia was happy with that result? Their supposed allies did not vote to support them! You think Russia is happy with China right now? They haven’t given them a single weapon or penny for their war, and China stood on the sidelines and watched the rest of the world vote that Russia’s invasion is illegal.
Spin it how you like but the end result is, by international law:
Russia’s invasion of Ukraine is illegal and Russia has no legal right to Ukrainian land and it won’t be recognized as Russia, even if Russia occupy it.

You'd never even heard of Kherson a week ago.
Ukraine supplies over half of the world’s neon, which is used in the manufacturing of CMOS transistors. You know, the things powering the phone or computer that you use to demonstrate to the entire world that you’re a clueless idiot.
UNITED NATIONS (AP) — The U.N. General Assembly voted overwhelmingly Wednesday to condemn Russia’s “attempted illegal annexation” of four Ukrainian regions and demand its immediate reversal, a sign of strong global opposition...
MOSCOW: An oil depot in Russia's Belgorod region bordering Ukraine is on fire after being shelled on Saturday (Oct 15), the governor said, as strikes increases against the area. "We're getting bombed again. One of the shells...
You know the kind of people I hate? People who kidnap kids, take them away from their parents and lie to them, telling them that their parents don't want them.
You know what sounds like a really awesome use of my money? Stopping the people who want to kidnap, torture, rape or murder children. I am 100% behind using my tax money for that. Let's give Ukraine all the weapons so they can kill every last murdering invader and get their children back.
Do I have anything at stake personally? I do. My kid is enlisted, in a combat arms MOS, and deploying soon to Eastern Europe. If things go haywire, he'll be in harm's way. He could be hurt or killed.
And if that's the price for stopping people who kidnap, rape, torture and murder kids, so be it.
If Russia were to try to use a tactical nuke in Ukraine, the US and NATO would destroy Russia within a week using conventional means. Russia has no capability to launch a full scale nuclear war nor do they have the capability to defend themselves in the event of an all out war with the West. It wouldn't be a drawn out WW3. It would be quick slaughter. Putin is weak. Bluffing is his only successful tactic.

weird how you think the view of the authoritarian governments of China and other awful nations represent the views of their citizens. Telling. You do love authoritarian governments!

No idea why you think the RU ICBMS, nuclear missile submarines and bomber aircraft would all fail. I mean that's crazy talk. Some would fail, but others would find their targets. All US cities would be craters and we'd be eating each other a week later.
Nuclear deterrence works in two directions. They can and will deter us.

It works in just one direction if the guy pushing the other button has nothing to lose and doesn't give a sh*t.

So you're position is that one of the richest people in the world has nothing to lose in a nuclear war? This person is also obsessed with his legacy and has multiple children that he fiercely protects.

I can't disagree with a word of your post. However, I also hope that it never comes to that.

Seems like another great take. 👍
You're position is that Putin is a family man with his kid's future in the forefront of his mind whenever he makes decisions and you're making fun of other people's takes... LOL!
Putin has killed dozens of people to keep power. He knows he's dead if he can't save face in Ukraine. The odds are no where near zero that he will use nukes to turn the tide in Ukraine and leave it up to west if they want to end the world or not.

OR we could give the idiot an out.
Strawmen and windmills...
You don't seem to understand what a strawman actually is and you've certainly never read Don Quixote.
