Potentially Suspicious Runner To Run 836 Miles in 9 Days for "Charity"

That's the point, if there's a registered charity involved it has to be documented. Incomings, outgoings, profits, losses, expenses, whatever it is there has to be accountable documentation.

Can someone contact Felicity Star at the Daily Star in the UK to correct her story about Dave Reading still in LEJOG? She just published it today (April 9th) and thinks Dave actually made it to day 3....

Dave Reading update day 4;

Dave had a really rough night of drinking and cussing and swearing. He pissed the bed last night, but us doing much better after we slapped some depends on him. Dave will attempt a walk to the potty later today.

Dave & Terrie, it is not too late to come clean. The media outlets are next unless you apologize. The audience that will become aware of your scam will become much bigger. I mean yuge, bigly. This will be the greatest, biggest, best uncovering of a scandal ever.

On the positive side at least the aborted lejog should enable him to run a fast time in London. With all that extra mileage he's run, he must be in his fittest shape ever, so we should expect him to be challenging his 3:12 PR

I think Dave and Terrie are getting worried the charity and government auditors are about to come knocking.

Too late Terrie, once it's on the net it's there for ever. Also, seems you've upset a lot of people who've given time, money, services, goods, etc by being economical with the truth, so they're going to squeal long and loud when approached.
