I don't think being for women's reproductive rights and advocating for safe sex is childlike
Nor is having reasonable gun restrictions the same way we have reasonable automobile restrictions
Further I don't think being against the death penalty which has been proven to be completely ineffective, be racist, and potentially kill innocent people is wrong or childlike

I don't think being for reasonable separation of church and state is childlike. I think we should teach evolution in science classes.
1) Please provide evidence that men and woman are unable to obtain birth control to 100 percent avoid need for accidental birth. Show me data that shows it is good for mostly black women to bear nearly HALF of all abortions. This means men are taking advantage of them - I hear dems like going after rapists. Why not address the rapes? Why allow these woman to be taken advantage of and have to resort to HALF of all abortions? Why are black woman not valued by dems?
2) The USA has gun restrictions already. Why don't you support proper gun handling education for all? Instead, inner city boys and young men - mostly black men - are killing each other. Why don't dems enforce laws on the books to stop black men from using guns to kill black and brown communities? Why is this the fault of rural America? Instead, you demonize anyone who has a legal right to own a gun.
3) There are a tiny number of death penalty cases for only the most extreme cases in the USA. Some states with some of the most extreme crimes like new york state no longer use the death penalty. Rather, new york believes in letting criminals loose pending trial, and instead, turning a misdemeanor porn star non-disclosure legal document case into a felony by asserting it was ONLY done to get elected as president. Remember, Michael avannati threatened trump with releasing details about his relations with the porn star. So, the public knew about the porn star relationship BEFORE the election. So, how was this election interference? Plus, there was no federal crime prosecuted. How can a state case invoke a so called federal crime when there was no federal indictment, trial, or conviction? Do dems not agree to equal protection of the law?
4) The rich already pay their taxes. The bottom 40 percent of income earners do not pay hardly any taxes. Want to fix this issue? Let us switch to a consumption tax. So, the more money you spend, the more tax you pay. Let us end the income tax. Then, your idea that the rich do not pay enough is over. Further, did you know that all businesses already pay 6.5 percent social security tax on all workers? Then, the employee pays another 6.5 percent social security tax, Medicare tax, and income tax. Why does there need to be a corporation tax? Why penalize businesses for incorporation in USA? They provide jobs to people and buoy our financial markets to allow you to borrow money to buy a car and house!!
5) Let us talk about weird. Most black Americans vote democrat. Yet, lgbtq+ communities fully support the black lives matter cause even though the black community is not supportive of the lgbtq+ community. Also, so many democrat leaders are rich. Perhaps warrent buffet should give away all of his earnings. He is the richest person in the world. Nothing stops these rich people from giving away their money. But to who? People who get windfall of money don't spend it wisely. The solution? Easy. Get educated, work, and do not deal in drugs. Done. No one is forcing people in cities to be bad people. It is weird pro crime policies of democrats that cause these issues. Dems have supermajority in city governments yet don't do anything to fix it but blame Republicans.
6) religion - this country was founded on freedom of expression and religion. Why do so many democrats hate religious people? Are you hating on religion? No one is forcing you to worship. Last i checked, catholics and Mormons live highly successful lives. Why is it a problem to have a stable family and share the good news? Tell us? There are many pro all lives and lgbtq+ communities. This is rare in other parts of the world. Celebrate our diversity and how welcoming many churches are to you. So, why go after more devout religious groups just because they tend to be Republicans?
7) climate change - did you know that dating to 1940s, climate research has been funded by the government. The trend has been to produce highly provocative research showing extreme weather events if we don't stop population growth and use of fossil fuels right away. Let us be reasonable. Let us focus on research to reduce fossil fuel use. But, the usa should NOT bear the primary cost of climate change policies that lead to major inflation while India, Russia, China, and Middle East reap profits from ignoring climate change reduction goals.
8) evolution is taught is schools already. Please. This is an uninformed shot at religious schools. Last I checked, many of the best of physicians are catholic as are so many hospitals in the USA. Are they ignoring science as they provide free health care to those who cannot pay for it, including those eligible to sign up for Medicaid but do not!!!!
9) please, let us be respectful, and if you are going to take SHOTS at Republicans, then back it up with actual facts and not shooting from the hip with talking points from the View and Steven Colbert who regularly disparage Trump and Republicans as hateful nationalists who will turn usa into a dictatorship under only Trump as if Republicans are the nazi party!!! We are way, way past him being on Mt. Rushmore. There is not a single mountain on earth worthy of the bust of Donald John Trump, save the most grand of them all, Mt. Everest. When his time on earth is complete, close the mountain, and entomb atop the most epic, legendary man to ever set foot on this planet.
