I was about to share similar thoughts but, after reflecting, I don't think he does the training for the videos, he's fully bought into the idea that this is the way he needs to train. I don't think anyone could put themselves through 280k weeks just for content. Either way, I agree that the crazy mileage isn't that important to his videos.
Look, I can't knock him too much. His methods have helped him achieve some remarkable gains over a fairly short period of time. But all the signs at the moment are pointing to it being unsustainable and possibly dangerous. Maybe he'll prove us wrong, and I'd welcome it.
