It’s been an interesting last few years for energy. I believe this is partly why trump will lose Texas. He has screwed domestic oil producers with his constant market interference and now that Putin is looking to deliver a final blow he is certainly going to do nothing to prevent it from happening.

What this shows is that Saudi Arabia is in the driver's seat. They have a virtually endless supply of oil and they can extract it at a cheaper cost than anyone else.
As long as our economy depends on oil, we are slaves to the Saudis.
The solution is to leave it in the ground and switch to free and plentiful solar.
