‘Pubs have tried to spin coronavirus, they bought a little time, but that will only make it worse. Anyone can see how it’s playing out in countries who are honest about it.

It's now being estimated that half a million Americans will die. Some "hoax". Donald could well be amongst them.

I disagree.
The same people who believe Trump and the GOP’s alternate reality the last 3+ years are going to believe the Coronavirus bs coming from them anyway. Regardless of whether the GOP and Trump can’t stay ahead of the story.

This administration, I suppose not, but the country as whole, yes I expect better.
I really hope some conservatives start standing up to save their party from the con artists.
Agreed.
Hoping against all odds by now.

Good for you. I see someone read a book in his high school class recently. Lol

Trump is a member of the highest risk category: elderly, obese, poor diet, high stress, lack of rest ,,, and apparently a hush-it-up heart attack last December. He can thanks younger Matt Gaetz for passing it on while riding on Air Force One with him; which happened the same day, and just hours before, Gaetz self-quarantined.

You are the one using "hashtags"
Tilting at windmills: To waste time fighting enemies or trying to resolve issues that are imaginary, not as important, or impossible to overcome.
https://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/Tilting+at+WindmillsPelosi releases modest list of Dem priorities for coronavirus.
Still not clear if they’re anticipating major bankruptcies. Waiting game, I guess.
youse guys are mocking me and I can take it.
I'm trying to look at the facts on the ground.
here we are, what...three months after the outbreak of the virus and you know how many people died in the US of the thing today?
4.
You want to know how many died in China today of it?

You can’t deny you changed your username after I busted you last time for #hashtagging me. Then you came back and did it again. #youareabadtroll
What grade did you on your exam? #sad that you had to look up what “tilting at windmills” meant. Couldn’t have been that high of a grade.

Yes, thanks donald.

I knew one day there would be a issue or situation where the American public would have to rely on the word of this President and his spokespeople and their constant lying would come back to bite them in the a$$. No one except the 30 something percent of fools who think he is God believes a word he says so this Coronavirus scare is a disaster waiting to get worse. He has been exposed as the incredibly incompetent shyster he is. I hope this scare ends soon because it is actually affecting by business but I have ABSOLUTELY no confidence in this President or his administration.

So, consistent with my own experiences, this article states that Bloomberg has begun to lay off many of his campaign staff and it appears they will only operate in six battleground states, none of which are my state:

Mike was self-funding his campaign. The law has no problem with that.
But if he were then to have his whole organization start supporting/working for Biden, that would be a campaign "contribution" far in excess of what's allowed.
I am not a campaign law expert, but my understanding is that he can run his organization as a Super-Pac and spend as much money as he wants as long as he doesn't explicitly coordinate with the Biden campaign.
Anyway, my post wasn't to debate the fine points of campaign finance law, merely to report that what I am seeing on the ground in my city does not match up to what the press lead me to believe Mr. Bloomberg's commitments were as far as keeping his offices open.
Who knows, maybe it will reopen later on. Maybe it is just one office that closed.

Good thing we knocked down so much debt in this administration have leverage to institute a stimulus with tax cuts, spending and borrowing.
I swear to god trump is doing to the USA EXACTLY what he did to his companies before they went bankrupt. Run them down, extract the cash, borrow too much and then go bankrupt.
This is also the private equity/leveraged buyout playbook...
late capitalism. What are you gonna do? Well, you are gonna go along with it, I'm sure

Fox has been attempting to downplay the story. Showing another Trump PC would make the story seem bigger than they wish. This is at least the third PC Trump has given, for a President loathe to do so typically, all for a "hoax".

I spoke with my investment manager at UBS this morning. He said they were trying to assess the investment impact of productivity loss due to work at home (Apple is doing this) for tech employees. I mentioned to him that a major productivity concern is people who make things. They cannot work from home. That is also part of what they are trying to get their thoughts around. ... I brought up Trump working on a "targeted" stimulus package to help the markets and people who cannot work, and we both agreed that it might be impossible to predict any impacts because Trump is the Joker in the deck.
Whatever stimulus package Trump comes up with do not expect it to fix anything. Rather, expect it to be like his bailout of farmers hurt by his trade war, with the bailout mostly going to corporate run farms, and very little bailout going to family farmers. The same type of fix as this will come from Trump.

It's only right if it is the boy idiot Gaetz who gives it to him.
