Just started reading it. So far my favorite is a page that compares the laws passed vs the Bureaucracy needed to put that law into action. And it compares the two based on the amount of words of the law vs the implementation.
Well no sh!t Sherlock! You need plenty of detail to implement a law across the country and to make it work. Yet Elon thinks he found some type of gotcha here.

This is a question for which I don't have the answer. I've learned over the years that the undocumented contribute billions annually; one recent assessment here:
Obviously many of these folks are working on a cash basis, but others just as obviously have paycheck deductions for things like Social Security and Medicare that they'll never be able to touch.
So the question is, do these workers and their families end up being net beneficiaries or net contributors to the gummint(s)? And I don't know. Given that the undocumenteds' access to public services (other than public schools) is pretty limited, I suppose they might be net contributors. But I'm willing to be wrong about that. As linked above, there are pretty good sources for how much these folks contribute, but I haven't seen good sources for how much money (in government services) they receive.

See, that's the thing: Without proper papers they don't qualify for welfare. But they still have access to public schools, I believe, and government-funded emergency rooms. Whether what they receive fully offsets the nearly $100 billion that they contribute via taxes (taxes at all levels), I just don't know. Seems unlikely? but I really don't know and would love to get some legit sources for that.
